Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by contacting sales@hafizah.com.

Return condition

Items may be returned within the 30-day return period unless they have been damaged, stained, altered, or otherwise made unsellable by the customer. We may inspect returned items before approving a refund.

Items that show customer-caused damage or staining may be refused, subject to applicable law.

Return shipping

For returns due to an incorrect item, transit damage, or a product quality issue, Hafizah covers return shipping once we have confirmed the issue with you. For personal-reason returns, the customer pays return shipping. Contact us before sending items back for instructions.

Refunds

After the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
