Order processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.

Destinations and delivery estimates

Hafizah currently ships to the United States and the 67 regions in our active International market.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 6–12 business days for U.S. orders and 7–15 business days for other international orders. These estimates do not include the 48-hour order processing period.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or the destination. Available destinations, shipping fees, and any destination-specific estimate are shown at checkout.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees may apply. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact us at sales@hafizah.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
